Return
At JoyPress you have the right to return your order*. Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item. Do you want to return the order? Then use our return form.
On the packing slip of your order you will find a label with a return address and/or return instructions.
Cancel
You can cancel your order unless your order has already been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. You can cancel your order by emailing order@joypress.nl or contacting us by phone.
*Caution! Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:
- Wigs
- Strings
- Catsuits
- Tights and stockings
- All sex toys including vibrators and dildos
- Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage products and creams
